Maofen green tea originates from the misty mountains of Huangshan (Yellow Mountain) in Anhui Province, China. The name “Maofen ” means “Fur Peak,” referring to the fine white hairs on the young tea buds and the shape of the processed leaves. It is harvested in early spring when the buds and first leaves are tender and full of nutrients. The tea is hand-picked and carefully processed to preserve its delicate floral aroma and refreshing taste. Huangshan Maofeng is one of China’s most famous green teas, celebrated for its purity and elegance.
