Moondakotee, in English “Residence of the Moon”, is one of the larger plantations in Darjeeling. Due to the site’s exposed location, on clear nights you can follow the path of the moon perfectly. The moon has a decisive influence on the quality of the tea plants producing some of the best Darjeelings of the season, year after year.
