Green Matcha brings you gentle blessings from Japan. Premium grade Raw materials for this powdered tea were collected from shaded plantations from April till May. You will enjoy a harmonious, balanced bouquet in which notes of flowers, fresh greens, sea air and a light milky shade are read.

1 tsp matcha tea powder
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
250ml milk of your choice, dairy-free works well, as does coconut milk

Put the matcha and sweetener into a mug, pour in 1 tbsp boiling water and stir to a thick paste.
Heat the milk until steaming, then if you can, froth until foamy with a whisk or milk frother. Pour into the matcha for your very own, café style latte.
