Sv\u00e9 dny tr\u00e1vili v hlubok\u00e9 meditaci, ale jejich t\u011bla byla k\u0159ehk\u00e1, z\u00e1da shrben\u00e1 a energie vy\u010derpan\u00e1. Mnoho z nich usnulo b\u011bhem dlouh\u00fdch medita\u010dn\u00edch sezen\u00ed a jejich hlavy jako by p\u0159ikyvovaly <strong>organick\u00e9 \u010dajov\u00e9<\/strong> l\u00edstky ulp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed na v\u011btvi p\u0159ed p\u00e1dem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mni\u0161i prosili Bodhidharmu o veden\u00ed v nad\u011bji, \u017ee se pod\u011bl\u00ed o tajnou techniku \u200b\u200bk pos\u00edlen\u00ed jejich mysli a t\u011bl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B\u00f3dhidharma je n\u011bkolik dn\u00ed ml\u010dky pozoroval. Nakonec je jednoho r\u00e1na, kdy\u017e se kolem kl\u00e1\u0161tera sto\u010dila mlha jako starov\u011bk\u00fd drak, shrom\u00e1\u017edil na n\u00e1dvo\u0159\u00ed. Jeho pa\u017ee se spir\u00e1lovit\u011b to\u010dily jako pohyb p\u00e1ry stoupaj\u00edc\u00ed z <strong>luxusn\u00edho<\/strong> , jeho nohy ude\u0159ily o zem s kontrolovanou silou, jako neust\u00e1l\u00e9 kap\u00e1n\u00ed \u010daje do pr\u00e1zdn\u00e9ho \u0161\u00e1lku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 <strong>Tohle je \u010daj. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku to vypadalo jako ritu\u00e1l, elegantn\u00ed tanec meditace. Ale jak se B\u00f3dhidharma pohyboval rychleji, vid\u011bli n\u011bco v\u00edc \u2013 byla to forma boje, zp\u016fsob, jak usm\u011br\u0148ovat energii, ude\u0159it jako hrom a p\u0159itom z\u016fstat klidn\u00fd jako tich\u00fd rybn\u00edk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 <strong>Siln\u00fd \u010daj pot\u0159ebuje siln\u00e9 ruce, aby ho uva\u0159il,<\/strong> he said. <strong>Siln\u00e1 mysl pot\u0159ebuje siln\u00e9 t\u011blo, kter\u00e9 ji udr\u017e\u00ed.
