Order Processing and Dispatch Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are normally processed and dispatched within <strong>24\u201348 hours<\/strong>, excluding weekends, public holidays and other days on which regular business operations are not conducted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders received on a business day before <strong>12:00 noon<\/strong> are generally dispatched on the following business day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders received after <strong>12:00 noon<\/strong> are generally dispatched no later than the second following business day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The above timeframes represent our standard order-processing and dispatch times and may, in exceptional circumstances, be extended due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the seller, including technical problems, disruptions affecting shipping providers, an unusually high volume of orders, natural events or other unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The order-processing time is separate from the delivery or transportation time. <strong>The delivery period begins only once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping provider.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Shipping Options<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1 EXPRESS SHIPPING \u2013 CZECH REPUBLIC AND SLOVAKIA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping fee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>EUR 4<\/strong> per order, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FREE OF CHARGE for orders over EUR 40<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soubory <strong>GLS, DPD and Z\u00e1silkovna<\/strong>, as well as other suitable shipping providers depending on availability and the destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The usual delivery time is approximately <strong>2\u20134 business days after dispatch<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where shipment tracking is available for the selected shipping service, the customer will receive, or may request, the relevant tracking number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.2 EXPRESS SHIPPING \u2013 EU<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping fee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>EUR 8<\/strong> per order, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FREE OF CHARGE for orders over EUR 120<\/strong> for EU countries within mainland Europe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soubory <strong>GLS<\/strong> or another suitable shipping provider depending on availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The usual delivery time is approximately <strong>3\u20135 business days after dispatch<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where shipment tracking is available for the selected shipping service, the customer will receive, or may request, the relevant tracking number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The stated delivery time is an estimate and may vary depending on the destination country, local conditions and the operational capacity of the relevant shipping provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.3 SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping fee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>EUR 30<\/strong> per order, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FREE OF CHARGE for orders over EUR 250<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For destinations outside the above-mentioned areas, we generally use <strong>EMS \/ \u010cesk\u00e1 po\u0161ta (Czech Post)<\/strong> or another suitable international shipping provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The usual delivery time is approximately <strong>2\u20133 weeks after dispatch<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A tracking number will be provided to the customer after dispatch where shipment tracking is available for the selected shipping service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery times to countries outside the European Union may be affected by customs clearance, import procedures or other controls in the destination country. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by such procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Charges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For shipments delivered outside the European Union, the recipient may be required to pay <strong>import duties, VAT, local taxes, customs fees or other similar charges<\/strong> applicable in the destination country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated for the selected shipping service, such charges are <strong>not included in the purchase price or the stated shipping fee<\/strong> and are the responsibility of the recipient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is responsible for complying with any applicable import requirements and regulations in the destination country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Delivery Delays<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delivery times stated above are <strong>estimated delivery times<\/strong>, unless a specific delivery period has been expressly agreed in the relevant order or contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or by circumstances beyond the seller&#8217;s reasonable control. This does not affect any statutory rights of consumers under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a significant delivery delay, we will inform the customer where reasonably possible and will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation with the shipping provider as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Inspection of the Shipment Upon Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where reasonably possible, the customer should inspect the external condition of the shipment upon receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the packaging is visibly damaged or shows signs of unauthorised opening or tampering, we recommend that the customer notify the shipping provider without undue delay and, where possible, have the damage recorded in the relevant delivery or transport report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This does not affect the customer&#8217;s statutory rights regarding defective performance or defective goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
